These tyres are imported and supplied strictly for closed course motorsport, racing, competition, track, drift, circuit, rally, off road, testing, or display use only.

These tyres are not supplied, advertised, approved, certified, or represented as suitable for use on public roads in Australia.

These tyres must not be fitted to, used on, or operated on any registered road vehicle for use on public roads, highways, streets, road related areas, or any place where road registration, roadworthiness, ADR compliance, or public road legality is required.

These tyres:

  1. Are not represented as complying with the Australian Design Rules.
  2. Are not represented as roadworthy in any Australian state or territory.
  3. Are not represented as legal for highway or public road use.
  4. May not meet Australian road vehicle standards, load requirements, speed requirements, tread requirements, labelling requirements, or other requirements for public road use.
  5. Are supplied only for controlled motorsport or non road use environments.

By purchasing these tyres, you confirm that you understand and agree that:

  1. You are purchasing the tyres for motorsport or non public road use only.
  2. You will not use, fit, supply, resell, or permit the tyres to be used on public roads.
  3. You are responsible for checking all motorsport, event, vehicle, class, venue, and safety requirements before purchase and use.
  4. You are responsible for ensuring the tyres are suitable for your vehicle, wheels, load, speed, application, and intended motorsport use.
  5. The tyres must be fitted, inspected, maintained, and used only by suitably qualified or competent persons.
  6. Motorsport is dangerous and tyre failure, misuse, incorrect fitment, incorrect pressure, excessive wear, heat cycling, impact damage, or use outside the intended application may cause serious injury, death, or property damage.
  7. Any use outside the stated motorsport or non public road purpose is unauthorised and entirely contrary to the basis on which the tyres are supplied.

NOT FOR PUBLIC ROAD USE

These tyres are sold on the express condition that they are not for highway use, not for public road use, and not for use on any registered vehicle operated on public roads in Australia.

If you require tyres for public road use, do not purchase this product. You must purchase tyres that are approved, marked, rated, and otherwise compliant for road use in your Australian state or territory.
