Shipping policy

We currently offer local pickup only. We do not offer postal shipping, courier delivery, or local delivery at this time. All orders placed through our website must be collected from our 4 pickup locations in Sydney NSW (Miranda), Newcastle NSW (Greta), Brisbane QLD (Logan Reserve) and Melbourne VIC (Carrum Downs). 

If you would like your order shipped, please email info@zeknovadriftaustralia.com and we can provide a courier quote based on your location and order size.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a ready for pickup email with collection instructions. Please wait until you receive this email before coming to collect your order.

When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation email and the name used to place the order.

Orders should be collected within 14 days of receiving your ready for pickup email. If you need more time, please contact us. If you are unable to collect your order, please contact us before placing your order, as we are unable to ship or deliver purchases.
