Refund policy
Zeknova Drift Australia wants every customer to be happy with their purchase. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you to make it right.
This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Zeknova Drift Australia and is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind returns
We accept returns for eligible change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
The item is unused
The item is in its original condition
The item is returned with its original packaging where possible
Proof of purchase is provided
The item is not excluded from change of mind returns
Change of mind returns are returned at the customer’s own expense.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, we will issue a refund using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Items not eligible for change of mind returns
For hygiene, safety, or product condition reasons, we may not accept change of mind returns on:
Used items
Items that are damaged after purchase
Items missing parts, packaging, or accessories
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items, unless required by law
Custom, personalised, or special order items, unless required by law
This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or does not meet a consumer guarantee.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos where relevant.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the issue.
We may need to assess the item before providing a remedy. A business is allowed to assess a product before deciding on the appropriate remedy.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. If you have paid reasonable return costs for a faulty item, we will reimburse those costs where required by law.
Pickup only orders
Zeknova Drift Australia is currently a pickup only business. We do not offer postal shipping, courier delivery, or local delivery at this time.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned to our nominated pickup or return location, unless we agree otherwise.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can confirm the correct return process.
Proof of purchase
To process a return, refund, repair, or replacement, please provide proof of purchase. This may include your order confirmation email, receipt, invoice, or other proof showing that the item was purchased from Zeknova Drift Australia.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or compensation depending on the circumstances.
